The Entity that Supports Quality Verification - ESAQ is the entity that supports the process of verifying the quality indicators of Telecommunication networks in Brazil. It was created in compliance with the Telecommunications Service Quality Regulation - RQUAL (Resolution No. 717/2019). ESAQ provides this application for you to check the quality of your Internet access at any time.

To run the tests:

1. Close all applications on your device.
2. Open the Brasil Banda Larga application, click "run," and wait for the test to finish.
3. As a result of the quality test, you will receive the following indicators:
   • Download Speed
   • Upload Speed
   • Latency
   • Packet Loss
   • Jitter

Please note that the results obtained may vary depending on the strength of the signal received by your device.

Important:

• For RQUAL participants, data charges are waived. Users can schedule or change the data consumption limit for this purpose at any time.
